Basic Operations (CircuitPython)
Digital Output with LEDs
The digital output pins on the Pico can be used to turn a device (e.g. an LED) on or off.
Digital Input with Buttons
The digital inputs pins on the Pico can be used to read the state of a digital device (such as a button).
Analogue Input with Potentiometers
The analogue input pins on the Pico can be used to read an analogue value, ranging from 0 to 65535.
Analogue Output with LEDs
The PWM pins on the Pico can be used to turn an output from full off (0) to full on (65535)

A photocell can be used to detect light levels
Weather Sensor
The BME 280 weather sensor can read temperature, pressure and humidity.

PIRs are used to detect human presence, for example in burglar alarms
